| Zoom class meetings not showing up in Blackboard? | Are your class meetings not appearing in the “USC Zoom Pro Meeting” link in Blackboard? Make sure you are logged into your USC Zoom account. Please note: Some people have experienced intermittent errors when trying to access their Zoom meetings using any version of the Safari browser. Please use a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, and/or a private or incognito session. |
 Ally for Students | ITS has launched a new Blackboard feature called Ally that allows you to download your course files in different formats. For more information and instructions on how to use Ally as a student, please see this guide: Student Ally Accessibility Tools |
| Please update your browsers and your Zoom app! | To ensure the features in Blackboard work correctly, make sure you are using a supported browser by going to the Browser Checker. A list of supported browsers are available here: Supported Browsers. For Zoom, please make sure you have updated the app on your computer and/or mobile device. Please note: While Safari is listed by Blackboard as a supported browser, there are often functionality issues. As a best practice, please use updated versions of Chrome or Firefox, instead. |
